What the Chai – Mind, Body and Soul Tonic

In five minutes, with a single cup, you can:

*Improve your focus *Nourish your body *Invigorate your soul*

But how?

MIND: Enhance focus, calm, energy, and balance in your day

It could be morning, evening, or your lunch break. You might be in the middle of the most ordinary day, a tightly-packed schedule, or the most blissful day you’ve ever had. Whatever day you’re having, there’s a simple way to take it up to the next level.

Research suggests that by simply taking an intentional five minutes for yourself during the day, you can refresh yourself enough to dramatically improve your energy, productivity, focus and resilience.

The effect?

An increased sense of calmness, wellbeing and control that often leads to enhanced experiences – and potentially even improved outcomes of your day.

You may not have the time, privacy or space in the middle of every day for yoga, a walk, or a slow cooked meal, but you can always find time for one cup. A single chai break, made and enjoyed with intention, can be the simplest beneficial ritual to your day for improved wellbeing and performance.

The most potent effect of consuming What the Chai, however, is in the flavour and the pleasure of enjoying a truly world class artisan chai.

SOUL: Nourish and invigorate your soul

Chai is more than just a drink; It’s a savoured moment.
You instinctively cradle the cup between your hands, slowly drawing it in closer to your body, feeling the goodness in the warmth and seeing the richness in its colour.  You bring the cup right up under your nose and slowly inhale the scent deep into your body. That deep breath is a medicine all of its own.

The energy builds, as the fragrant steam from the all-natural ingredients diffuses and moistens your airways. You sense invigorating wellbeing in that scent and without even thinking about it you probably feel the energy of something that has been created with pure love and positivity.

Each ingredient of What the Chai by Joyha has been hand selected and lovingly blended to create a unique, plant-based chai. It is then infused with rose quartz crystal to raise the vibration of the mix.

This masala chai is prepared with the energetic benefits of the crystals, as well as the vibration of carefully selected music that plays while each small batch of chai is created. The sound is specifically chosen to match the empowering intention set for each mix. The result is an all-natural, high vibrational chai that radiates pure joy.

*Agave. This chai is lightly sweetened with natural agave, which has a lower GI and is much sweeter than table sugar so less is required to achieve the sweetness.  Organic agave contains antioxidants, vitamin K, Vitamins B1, B2, B6, Folate (B9), Vitamin C, Fibre.
(No sweeteners are good for diabetes, metabolic disease, fatty liver and obesity. In these cases, avoid sweeteners altogether, or try adding stevia.)

*Low Caffeine. This cup of chai contains very small quantities of caffeine naturally occurring in the black tea.
